Responsibilities & Context:

Infosoftbd Solutions is looking for an energetic, results-driven Business Development / Marketing Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our market footprint, identifying new business avenues, and introducing our modern SaaS and ERP solutions to corporate clients. If you are passionate about tech sales, building strong relationships, and crushing targets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct telesales, direct outreach, and cold sourcing to build a robust pipeline of qualified business leads.

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and convert potential B2B/corporate clients into long-term business partners.

  • Demos & Presentations: Schedule and conduct engaging product presentations, software demos, and technical proposal discussions with prospective clients.

  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate clients and key industry stakeholders.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare professional business proposals, official quotations, and follow-up reports. Actively maintain CRM data and submit daily sales activity logs.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor movements.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the marketing and technical/product teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
