BBA/MBA/BBS/MBS in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates from Construction Management/Engineering background will get preference
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and basic accounting software.
Strong organizational, bookkeeping, and mathematical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle financial confidentiality.
Manage daily financial transactions, cash flows, and maintain accurate ledger records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements and expense reports.
Coordinate and process staff salaries, vendor payments, and utility bills.
Oversee day-to-day office administration, procurement of office supplies, and inventory
management.
Maintain proper documentation, vouchers, invoices, and project-wise cost tracking.
Assist in banking activities and manage fund disbursements efficiently.
Handle general administrative tasks and provide support to management as required.
