Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in Accounts and Finance.

  • Experience in the real estate industry will be considered an added advantage.

  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, VAT, and Tax.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) will be preferred.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

  • Trillenium Group is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts professional to oversee the company's accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate financial reporting while supporting management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain books of accounts, cash book, bank book, and general ledger.

  • Record daily financial transactions and ensure accurate accounting entries.

  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.

  • Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.

  • Prepare monthly financial reports, expense statements, and management reports.

  • Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and audit-related activities.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, vat and tax regulations.

  • Coordinate with management regarding financial analysis and operational requirements.
