Experience:
Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Com) or Master's degree (MBA/M.Com) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Age: 25-40 years (Flexible for highly qualified candidates).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Good understanding of VAT, Tax, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Honest, trustworthy, disciplined, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience in Accounting and Finance.
Experience in a healthcare, service-oriented, or Islamic organization will be given preference.

We are looking for a sincere, competent, and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's financial operations and ensure accurate accounting records and regulatory compliance.
Job Location: Noor Tower, Flat-8C, House 29/31, Road-1, Block-D, Sector-2, Aftabnagar, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records, including cash book, bank book, and general ledger.
Prepare payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, journal vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Record and verify all income and expenditure transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
Process supplier payments and maintain payable and receivable records.
Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement.
Maintain inventory and fixed asset records.
Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other statutory requirements of Bangladesh.
Assist in internal and external audits.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and ensure confidentiality.
Support management with budgeting, financial planning, and cost analysis.
Perform any other accounts or administrative duties assigned by the management.
