• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounts, Tax, VAT, Treasury, LC and Audit, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within Group of Companies or large manufacturing organization.

• Ability to independently lead and manage

• Lead and manage the complete Finance, Accounts, Tax, VAT, Treasury, Internal Audit, Costing, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting functions for the Group.

• Prepare, review, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, annual, and statutory financial statements for multiple companies.

• Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing with complete accuracy.

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives and long-term business growth.

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial projections, business planning, and capital expenditure planning.

• Monitor financial performance through KPI analysis, variance analysis, profitability analysis, trend analysis, and executive MIS reporting.

• Develop financial models, feasibility studies, investment appraisals, business valuation, ROI, IRR, NPV, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, treasury operations, and fund optimization.

• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions regarding credit facilities, syndicated loans, working capital financing, trade finance, and treasury operations.

• Supervise LC, Back-to-Back LC, UPAS LC, Import & Export Finance, LTR, LIM, EDF, Bank Guarantees, Foreign Remittance, SWIFT transactions, and Trade Finance documentation.

• Ensure full compliance with IFRS, IAS, BFRS, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, VAT Act, Bangladesh Bank regulations, RJSC requirements, and other statutory obligations.

• Oversee corporate tax planning, tax returns, withholding tax, transfer pricing, tax assessments, VAT compliance, Mushak management, customs, bond licensing, and NBR correspondence.

• Develop effective tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate statutory audit, internal audit, external audit, tax audit, VAT audit, compliance audit, and special management audits.

• Conduct enterprise risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational assets.

• Monitor inventory valuation, cost accounting, production costing, standard costing, BOM costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing cost optimization.

• Lead ERP implementation, financial system automation, digital transformation initiatives, workflow automation, and process improvement projects.

• Ensure accurate General Ledger management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset Management, Intercompany Reconciliation, and Consolidation Accounting.
