A 100% export-oriented, foreign-invested garment manufacturing company is offering a job opportunity for the position of ' Incharge, IE'.

To ensure line balancing as per layout.
To determine SMV, Arrange & Design guide feed & folder on time (Pre-Production Attachments).
To analyze productivity & calculate efficiency.
To train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop their skills..
To ensuring the production target of the lines as per the production plan.
To ensure time and motion study for all styles.
To eliminate all sort of waste from production process.
To reduce number of helpers.
To enhance efficiency.
To eliminate unnecessary operations.
To eliminate all sort of waste in all level of the factory.
To enhance optimum efficiency & productivity Make and Review manpower and machinery requirement.
Lead and manage the IE team and ensure effective utilization of IE resources.
Monitor line efficiency, productivity, capacity utilization and manpower utilization
Conduct capacity studies and establish realistic production targets.
Identify process losses, idle time and non-value-added activities and implement corrective actions.
