Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: Cumilla, EPZ.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization and meeting demand forecasts.
- Streamline manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
- Oversee quality assurance measures to ensure that paint products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Lead and motivate the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing and promoting a safe working environment.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure that production machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.
- Monitor production costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising product quality.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align production with market demands and product specifications.
- Implement and sustain 5S in the Manufactory factory
- Maintain Zero fatal accidents and maintain safety non-compliances.
- Implement a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the production team to identify and implement process enhancements. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to integrate new technologies or methodologies into the production process.
