• B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.

• Hands-on experience in Fast React Production Planning Software is mandatory.

• Experience in export-oriented knit garments manufacturing is highly preferred.

• Strong expertise in garment production planning and scheduling.

• Advanced proficiency in Fast React Production Planning Software (Mandatory).

• Prepare and maintain production planning and capacity booking according to order confirmation.

• Monitor production status and ensure on-time execution and shipment.

• Utilize Fast React Production Planning Software for production scheduling, capacity planning, line loading, order tracking, and production forecasting

• Coordinate with merchandising, production, IE, commercial, and sourcing teams for smooth workflow.

• Analyze production capacity and identify bottlenecks to improve efficiency.

• Follow up on material availability and production readiness.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning and shipment reports.

• Ensure proper line loading and optimum utilization of resources.

• Take corrective actions to minimize delays and production interruptions.

• Communicate with management regarding production status and risk analysis.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and operational standards.

• Ensure fast act react approach in responding to production changes, order amendments, capacity constraints, and shipment challenges.
