Experience:

• 7 to 10 years

• MBA/M. Com in Finance/Accounting from any reputed University.
• CA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Knowledge on VAT, TAX & Custom duty will be considered as additional qualification.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 7–10 years of practical experience in Finance & Banking operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or corporate organizations will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of banking procedures and financial regulations in Bangladesh.
• Sound knowledge of ERP/accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor all banking and financial activities of the company.
• Handle banking transactions including loan processing and fund management.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Monitor working capital and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Analyze financial risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Supervise and guide finance and accounts team members.
• Ensure timely submission of VAT, Tax, and other statutory compliance documents
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic planning.
