Responsibilities & Context:

BDSHOP.COM is looking for a detail-oriented, honest, and proactive Accounts & HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting operations, supporting HR activities, and ensuring all business transactions are properly recorded and monitored through our custom ERP software.

This position requires practical experience in accounting within an e-commerce company, retail chain, online business, or a related organization.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

  • Record and verify all e-commerce sales orders and financial transactions in the ERP system.

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier payments, and inventory-related transactions.

  • Monitor all company expenses, internal purchases, and operational costs.

  • Track daily income, expenses, receivables, and payables.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

  • Reconcile bank accounts, mobile financial services, payment gateways, and cash transactions.

  • Ensure all accounting records are accurate, complete, and up to date.

  • Assist with financial audits, VAT, tax documentation, and regulatory compliance.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and process efficiency.

Human Resources

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data.

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

  • Support HR policies, compliance, and administrative activities.

  • Prepare HR-related reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
