Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Solar Product Consultant Engineer to join our team. This role is a blend of technical engineering and expert consultancy. You will be responsible for assessing customer needs, performing precise load calculations, designing solar solutions (Hybrid/Off-grid), and providing end-to-end technical support from installation to troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Load Calculation & System Design: Conduct detailed energy audits and load calculations based on customer requirements to recommend the ideal solar capacity (KW/KVA).
Technical Consultancy: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, explaining the benefits of specific components like LifePO4 batteries, Hybrid Inverters (Deye, Solis, GearUP, GoodWe etc.), and MPPT controllers.
Installation Supervision: Oversee the physical installation of solar structures and electrical wiring to ensure safety and efficiency standards are met.
Customer Support: Provide post-sales technical assistance, remote troubleshooting, and guidance on battery management systems (BMS) and inverter settings.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest solar technologies and contribute to cataloging technical specifications for our e-commerce platform.

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতাঃ ইলেকট্রিক্যাল বা মেকানিক্যাল (সোলার স্ট্রাকচার সেকশনের জন্য) ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং এ ডিপ্লোমা অথবা সিমিলার (বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা শিথিলযোগ্য)
কাজের অভিজ্ঞতাঃ সোলার সিস্টেম লোড ক্যাল্কুলেশন, ফুল সিস্টেম ইন্সটলেশন, প্রবলেম ফাইন্ডিং & ট্রাবলশুটিং, কাস্টমার কমুনিকেশন এবং দ্রুত সমাধান দেয়ার বিষয় অন্তত ১/৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা। কোন অভিজ্ঞতা না থাকলে সেক্ষেত্রে এসিস্ট্যান্ট হিসাবে কাজ শেখার সুযোগ আছে তবে অবশ্যই বেসিক ইলেকট্রিক্যাল, সোলার পার জেনারেশন সিস্টেম, অয়ারিং, টুলস ইত্যাদি সম্পর্কে পরিষ্কার ধারনা থাকতে হবে।
কাজের ধরণঃ সারা বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো প্রান্তে সোলার সিস্টেম ইন্সটলেশন, কমিশনিং এবং আফটার সেলস সাপোর্ট দিতে অন দা স্পট + ওভার ফোনে বা অনলাইনে সাপোর্ট দিতে হবে।
ফুল টাইম & পার্মানেন্ট জবঃ যদি আপনার বেসিক ক্লিয়ার থেকে বাকিটা আমরা কাজ শিখিয়ে নেবো তবে অবশ্যই আমাদের সাথে অন্তত ২ বছর কাজ করতে হবে এটা লিখিত এগ্রিমেন্ট করে নেয়া হবে। ফিক্সড স্যালারির বাইরে টার্গেট & আকর্ষণীয় কমিশন + বছরে ২ টি ফেস্টিভ্যাল বোনাস + মোবাইল বিল, ইন্টারনেট বিল ইত্যাদি।
নোটঃ ধূমপান এবং মিথ্যা বলার অভ্যাস থাকলে ইন্টার্ভিউতে আসার দরকার নেই।
