Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, chat, and social media.
∎ Providing accurate and relevant information about products, services, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
∎ Addressing customer complaints, concerns, and escalations with empathy, patience, and a focus on resolution.
∎ Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, modifications, cancellations, and returns.
∎ Coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on time.
∎ Resolving any issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, or product availability.
∎ Guiding customers through troubleshooting processes for technical issues related to our website, mobile app, or other platforms.
∎ Escalating technical problems to the appropriate teams and following up to ensure swift resolution.
∎ Developing a deep understanding of our product catalog, including features, specifications, and benefits.
∎ Providing customers with accurate information to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
∎ Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as logistics, sales, and marketing to provide seamless customer experiences.
∎ Sharing customer feedback and insights with relevant departments to drive improvements in products and services.
∎ Time Management: Managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
∎ Customer Satisfaction: Striving to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Honest & Punctual
∎ Must be a non-smoker.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
