Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing Organization, Group of Companies.

• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, risk assessment methodologies, and business processes.

• Sound understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, report writing, and presentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel to factories/units as required.

• Knowledge of VAT, Tax, Fiscal Laws and Regulatory Compliance.

• Perform pre-audit of all kinds of payments to ensure compliance with existing
  policies.

• Check & verify all kinds of bills/vouchers for ensuring the accuracy and/or
  correctness of accounting transactions of pre-payment.

• Evaluate procurement, production, logistics, and support functions to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

• Conduct investigations and special audits as assigned by management.

• Assist in strengthening the organization`s risk management and governance framework.

• Maintain strict confidentiality, objectivity, and professional ethics in all audit activities.

• Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely resolution of audit findings and implementation of corrective actions.

Education:

• Masters in Accounting or MBA in Accounting or Finance.

• Professional qualifications such as CA (Part Qualified), ACCA.

• Master of Professional Accountancy (MPA) from public university will be given preference.
