Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain daily office accounts and financial records.
Handle import-related accounting activities and documentation.
Manage the complete L/C (Letter of Credit) process, including opening, documentation, payment follow-up, and coordination with banks and suppliers.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash and ledger records.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
Coordinate with management regarding financial transactions and reporting.
