• JSC / JDC / 8 pass

• Age 24 to 50 years

• Machine Maintenance & Servicing:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on sewing machines to ensure smooth operation.

• Clean, oil, and replace worn parts as part of routine servicing.

•  Troubleshooting & Repairs:

• Diagnose mechanical or electrical issues with sewing machines.

• Repair or replace defective components such as belts, needles, motors, or timing mechanisms.

• Installation & Setup:

• Set up new machines and ensure they are calibrated and functioning correctly.

• Install attachments or special parts as needed for specific stitching functions.

• Calibration & Adjustment:

• Adjust thread tension, stitch length, and feed mechanisms for specific sewing requirements.

• Align components for precision stitching.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain service logs and repair records.

• Report major malfunctions or suggest upgrades to supervisors or management.

• Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure all work is done in accordance with safety standards.

• Train operators on basic machine care and safe use.

• Inventory Management:

• Keep track of tools, spare parts, and supplies.

• Request or reorder parts as needed to avoid downtime.

• Technical Support:

• Provide on-the-spot support for machine operators.

• Assist in testing machines after repair or modification
