• At least 5 years

• SSC

• SSC or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.

• At least 5 years

• Age At least 14 years

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a plastic manufacturing factory.

• Experience operating injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, or similar plastic processing machines will be an advantage.

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and responsible Machine Operators to operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery in a plastic manufacturing factory. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in machine operation, a strong understanding of production processes, and the ability to ensure quality and efficiency while following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate plastic manufacturing machines according to production schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Set up machines, monitor performance, and make basic adjustments to ensure smooth production.

• Inspect products during production to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Identify and report machine malfunctions or abnormalities to the maintenance team.

• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and workstations.

• Minimize material waste and ensure efficient use of raw materials.

• Record production output, downtime, and machine performance accurately.

• Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.

• Work closely with supervisors and the production team to achieve daily production targets.
