• JSC / JDC / 8 pass

• At least 3 years

• Age 22 to 45 years

• Education and experience will be relaxed for the potential Candidates

• Experience in relevant field will be given preference

• Strong understanding of the agri-machinery after sales service

• Technical problem-solving capabilities of machinery products 

• Able to work under stress situation

• Able to manage any unwanted situation

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, engine, and electrical issues in agricultural machinery.

• Perform preventive maintenance, scheduled servicing, and routine inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

• Conduct field visits to provide on-site technical support and emergency repair services.

• Inspect machinery performance and recommend appropriate corrective actions to resolve identified issues.

• Maintain accurate service records, repair reports, maintenance logs, and spare parts documentation.

• Assist customers in the proper operation, maintenance, and safe use of agricultural equipment.

• Coordinate with the spare parts and service teams to ensure the timely availability of parts and efficient completion of repairs.

• Ensure compliance with company service procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Support machinery installation, commissioning, and operator training as required.Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
