Responsibilities & Context:
• Remain with the vehicle site at all times during operational hours to ensure security, readiness, and safety.
• Conduct daily checks on fuel, oil, water, tire pressure, brakes, and electrical systems before each trip.
• Identify mechanical or electrical issues immediately and perform hands-on, on-the-spot fixes to keep the car operational.
• Oversee complex repairs at authorized service centers, ensuring high-quality work and minimizing vehicle downtime.
• Effectively communicate vehicle status, route details, and schedule updates with foreign engineers in clear English.
• Clearly explain technical issues, repair timelines, and safety options to non-native contacts in a calm and professional manner.
