Job Responsibilities
Supervise all mechanical maintenance activities of the Packing Plant and Unloading Systems.
Ensure smooth operation of Rotary Packers, Truck Loaders, Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Compressors and other auxiliary equipment.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Monitor equipment condition through routine inspection and vibration analysis.
Diagnose mechanical faults and ensure immediate corrective actions.
Reduce equipment downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history.
Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual maintenance reports.
Maintain optimum stock level of mechanical spare parts.
Coordinate with Production, CCR and Electrical teams during maintenance activities.
Supervise technicians and contractors to ensure quality maintenance work.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs and housekeeping requirements.
Support plant modification and continuous improvement initiatives.
