Responsibilities & Context:
Testing and Diagnostics: Conduct routine inspections of voltage, capacity, and discharge rates to assess performance.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Identify faults and perform maintenance on various chemistries like lithium-ion and lead-acid.
Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to hazardous chemical handling and clean-room safety protocols.
Reporting: Track inventory, log maintenance activities, and write service or warranty reports
Equipment Setup: Prepare and calibrate production equipment such as mixing, coating, or assembly machines.
Production Execution: Operate and monitor industrial control systems to ensure battery cells meet strict design specifications.
Quality Control: Perform checks on product outputs to prevent downtime, reduce production rejects, and ensure safety.
Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine cleaning and basic repairs on production machinery to keep the assembly line running smoothly
