Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, modify, and maintain CAD patterns, grading, and marker planning (Manual & Software).
Provide technical support throughout the suit production process to ensure quality and efficiency.
Monitor production activities and resolve technical issues to achieve production targets.
Analyze garment construction and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and productivity.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Quality, and Industrial Engineering teams for smooth workflow.
Independently manage European buyer/client requirements from order inquiry through production.
Develop new samples and coordinate technical presentations as required.
Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, quality standards, and production deadlines.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
