APTECH CASWIER LIMITED, a Sister Concern of Aptech Group, is a 100% export-oriented suit manufacturing company committed to delivering world-class products to international markets. We are seeking experienced, dynamic, and technically competent professionals for the position of Technician / Supervisor – Suit Factory to strengthen our production and technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, modify, and maintain CAD patterns, grading, and marker planning (Manual & Software).

• Provide technical support throughout the suit production process to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Monitor production activities and resolve technical issues to achieve production targets.

• Analyze garment construction and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and productivity.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Quality, and Industrial Engineering teams for smooth workflow.

• Independently manage European buyer/client requirements from order inquiry through production.

• Develop new samples and coordinate technical presentations as required.

• Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, quality standards, and production deadlines.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.

• Candidates with relevant technical education will receive preference.

Experience Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a Suit Factory.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a reputed export-oriented or multinational garment manufacturing company.

Additional Requirements

• Strong knowledge of CAD pattern making, grading, and marker planning (Manual & Software).

• Excellent understanding of suit manufacturing technology and production processes.

• Ability to independently handle European buyer/client requirements.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
