Responsibilities & Context:
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot EV, ET, Mishuk & Powder batteries and related electrical systems.
Test battery voltage, charging system, and battery performance using appropriate testing equipment.
Replace defective batteries and carry out warranty/replacement services in accordance with company policy.
Provide on-site and dealer support for battery installation, maintenance, and technical issues.
Prepare and submit service reports, warranty claim reports, and daily visit reports.
Educate dealers and customers on proper battery usage, charging, storage, and maintenance.
Coordinate with the Service Center In-Charge regarding service activities and customer complaints.
Maintain service tools, testing equipment, and company assets in good condition.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Perform any other service-related duties assigned by the Management.
