Key Duties & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Promote and sell EV, ET, Rickshaw, IPS, Solar, Dry Cell, Powder, and Industrial Batteries.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Appoint and develop new dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Increase sales volume and market share within the assigned territory.
Dealer & Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
Conduct regular dealer visits to monitor sales performance and stock availability.
Resolve dealer and customer issues promptly in coordination with the Service Department.
Ensure dealer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Market Intelligence
Conduct regular market surveys.
Monitor competitors' pricing, promotional activities, and product performance.
Collect market feedback and recommend appropriate business strategies.
Identify new market trends and customer requirements.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
Submit sales forecasts and territory performance reports.
Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies and promotional campaigns.
Collection & Credit Management
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Monitor dealer credit limits and overdue balances.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding collections and ledger reconciliation.
Marketing Activities
Organize dealer meetings, product launches, road shows, and promotional campaigns.
Support branding and marketing activities in the assigned territory.
Ensure proper visibility of company branding materials at dealer outlets.
