Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Executive - Sales to support sales operations, generate new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and contribute to achieving the company's sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

  • Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.

  • Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on sales leads.

  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

  • Address customer inquiries and provide product information.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.

  • Market Intelligence

  • Collect and report market information, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

  • Identify market trends and business opportunities.

  • Assist management in developing sales strategies and promotional activities.

  • Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and orders.

  • Support participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.

  • Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.

  • Update customer databases and sales records regularly.

  • Report sales performance and market developments to the Sales Manager.
