Job Summary

We are looking for responsible and experienced Supervisors to oversee daily production activities, ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and lead shop-floor employees in a plastic manufacturing factory. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, practical industrial experience, and the ability to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and ensure production targets are met.

• Monitor production processes to maintain quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

• Allocate manpower effectively and monitor employee performance.

• Coordinate with the Production Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure proper machine utilization and report any operational issues or equipment failures.

• Maintain production records, shift reports, and attendance of workers.

• Enforce company policies, workplace discipline, and safety procedures.

• Train and guide operators and production workers on standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce waste.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
