Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a plastic manufacturing factory.

• Experience in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and factory equipment repair will be preferred.

• Knowledge of injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, or other plastic processing machinery will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Technicians to support the maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of machinery and equipment in a plastic manufacturing factory. The ideal candidates should have hands-on technical experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to maintaining production efficiency and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of production machinery and equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize machine downtime.

• Assist in machine installation, setup, and commissioning.

• Conduct preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans.

• Replace defective components and ensure machinery operates efficiently.

• Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and equipment history.

• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company maintenance standards.

• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
