• Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid product knowledge and persuasive communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to close deals effectively.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management about customer demands, product improvements, or market opportunities.
