Responsibilities & Context:

ELEMENTS is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. This is a senior leadership position for a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in luxury product sales and client relationship management.

We are looking for someone who can confidently represent a premium brand, build long-term business relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the showroom and sales team.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, consultants, hospitality brands, and corporate clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client network.

  • Oversee high-value client meetings, negotiations, and project closures.

  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement improvement strategies.

  • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Maintain showroom standards and ensure premium brand presentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 5–8 years of proven sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Experience in luxury product sales is highly preferred, including lighting, furniture, interiors, premium home décor, luxury retail, automobiles, real estate, or other high-end lifestyle brands.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build relationships with high-profile clients and industry professionals.

  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and reporting skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

  • Professional appearance, confidence, and a customer-focused mindset.
