Responsibilities & Context:

• Must be target oriented, planning and take initiatives to achieve the sales target.

• Ensure timely collection of receivables from clients as per policy.

• Responsible for ensuring timely product delivery to the clients.

• Prepare and finalize sales and collection forecast with necessary analysis and comparison.

• Possess drive to increase sales and achieve targets by utilizing all opportunities.

• Market visit, new client hunt, creating market opportunity and report to authority.

• Implement organizational policies & strategies to compete with competitors.

• Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing and potential clients.

• Provide prompt and on time services to customers.

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
