We are a rapidly growing real estate company specializing in land development, luxury apartments, commercial spaces and hotel & resorts in Dhaka, Patuakhali. We seek an experienced, strategic, and dynamic Manager (Sales& Marketing) to lead our sales Team, drive market expansion, and ensure we meet our aggressive revenue targets. The ideal candidate must have a profound understanding of the Bangladeshi real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.

• Implement robust sales strategies and operational plans to achieve company-wide sales objectives.

• Identify new market opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners.

• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and client engagement to final booking and documentation.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and branding activities.

• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and customer service departments.

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to develop effective sales tactics.

• Forge strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, institutional buyers, and key stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Project Management teams for seamless project launches and inventory management.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports.

• Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulatory bodies and company policies.

• Maintain a strong understanding of real estate laws, project features, and market dynamics.
