Minimum 2-3 completed architectural/ construction projects with practical site experience.
Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, or Revit will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and practical Diploma in Architecture professional to join our team. Practical knowledge of architectural drawings, working drawings, site supervision, and finishing works. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural drawings and design layouts.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers.
Supervise project execution and ensure quality standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare work reports.
Assist in BOQ preparation, material selection, and project documentation.
