Responsibilities & Context:

Plan, organize, and supervise all preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production and utility equipment. 

Ensure smooth operation of mixing, emulsification, filling, and packaging machines used in skincare manufacturing. 

Manage maintenance of utilities such as HVAC, compressors, boilers, water treatment systems (RO/DM), and power supply. 

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. 

Troubleshoot equipment failures and ensure quick root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution. 

Coordinate with Production, QA, and other departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations. 

Maintain proper documentation of maintenance logs, equipment history, and compliance records. 

Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental standards. 

Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including technicians and contractors. 

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization. 

Manage spare parts inventory and ensure the availability of critical components. 

Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery and equipment.
