• Age 30 to 40 years

• 5+ years of experience in the design and development of electric vehicle powertrains, with a specific focus on 3-wheeled or alternative vehicle architectures.
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain design, suspension systems, and control systems, particularly in the context of 3-wheeled vehicles.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, finite element analysis (FEA), and vehicle dynamics simulation tools.
• Extensive experience in the integration of lithium-ion battery packs and battery management systems into vehicle platforms.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electric vehicle safety and performance (e.g., BRTA, UN38.3, UL1973, IEC 62133).
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in programming and software development (e.g., Python, C/C++, LabVIEW) for vehicle control and diagnostics.
• Experience in CNG-powered vehicle systems and their integration with electric powertrains.

• Assess the existing CNG-powered 3-wheeler platform and develop a comprehensive conversion plan, including the selection of appropriate electric motors, motor controllers, and lithium-ion battery packs.
• Design and integrate the electric powertrain components, including the traction motor, transmission, and control systems, while ensuring seamless integration with the 3-wheeler's existing mechanical and electrical systems.
• Develop custom battery pack solutions, including the design of the battery management system (BMS), to optimize the 3-wheeler's range, performance, and safety.
• Perform detailed thermal, structural, and electrical analyses to ensure the reliability and safety of the EV conversion.
• Develop and implement testing and validation protocols to assess the performance, efficiency, and durability of the converted 3-wheeler EV.
• Collaborate with the certification and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., BRTA, UN38.3, UL1973, IEC 62133) for EV conversion.
• Provide technical support and training to the installation and service teams to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of the converted 3-wheeler EVs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electric vehicle technologies, as well as industry trends and regulations related to 3-wheeled transportation.
• Document all design decisions, test results, and project activities in a clear and organized manner.
