Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview:

The Recruitment & Placement Executive will play a central role in building and sustaining AYAT Care’s caregiving workforce. The role involves recruiting, training, matching, and managing caregivers, nannies, and nurses to ensure high-quality service delivery. The position bridges caregivers and clients, ensuring proper placement, satisfaction, and payroll management, while also collaborating with partners for workforce growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Placement

• Recruit AYAT Care team members for different roles

• Recruit caregivers, nannies, and nurses through internal channels, job fairs, and partnerships.

• Match candidates to clients’ needs (caregiving, childcare, nursing, special needs, etc.).

• Conduct interviews, verify credentials, and finalize placements.

• Ensure care service starts with two (02) shifts (morning and night).

• Maintain workforce records, contracts, and compliance with AYAT Care policies.

Training & Upskilling

• Deliver orientation training for new caregivers.

• Organize short training and upskilling sessions to improve service quality.

• Collaborate with AYAT Care Training Institute for advanced caregiving modules.

• Engagement & Relationship Management

• Handle concerns, feedback, and performance issues proactively.

• Maintain strong engagement with the caregiving workforce to improve retention.

Partnerships & Expansion

• Build and manage partnerships with organizations, agencies, and institutions to expand the caregiver pipeline.
