Education:

• Diploma

• Candidates must possess a 3/4-year Diploma from MATS (Medical Assistant Training School).

• Applicants must have a valid registration certificate from the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC).

• Age At most 45 years

• Age: Maximum 45 years of age on the last date of application

• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in preventive healthcare and nutrition programs within non-governmental development organizations (NGOs).

• Local female candidates will be given priority.

Location: Dhamrai and Dohar Upazilas of Dhaka District; Harirampur Upazila of Manikganj District; Sandwip Upazila of Chattogram District; Ukhia and Maheshkhali Upazilas of Cox's Bazar District; Noakhali Sadar Upazila of Noakhali District; Kaliakair Upazila of Gazipur District; and Araihazar Upazila of Narayanganj District.

Responsibilities & Context

• Provide preventive healthcare and nutrition services to members and their family members.

• Deliver essential healthcare and nutrition services to people within the working area who are interested in receiving such services.

• Perform duties at the branch level as a Paramedic.

• Implement preventive healthcare programs and ensure effective service delivery.

• Monitor and coordinate healthcare and nutrition activities at the field level.

• Collect, maintain, and preserve relevant service and program data.

• Prepare and submit required reports accurately and in a timely manner.

• Salary Review: Monthly consolidated salary is BDT 28,500/-

• Other admissible benefits (Festival Bonus, Bangla Noboborsho allowance, Mobile allowance, etc.) as per the organization’s policy.

• Salary and other admissible benefits (if any) are inclusive of all taxes as imposed by the government of Bangladesh. Taxes will be deducted at sources as per government rules.

• Festival Bonus: Other admissible benefits (Festival Bonus, Bangla Noboborsho allowance, Mobile allowance, etc.) as per the organization’s policy.
