Responsibilities & Context:
Provide quality nursing care to patients according to hospital policies and medical instructions.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall health condition regularly.
Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures and emergency situations.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes and treatment information.
Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness and infection-control practices.
Communicate effectively with patients and their attendants regarding basic care and treatment instructions.
Respond promptly to patients’ needs and emergencies.
Maintain proper use and handling of medical equipment.
Follow hospital rules, professional ethics and nursing standards.
