• The candidate should have a Bachelor`s/Master`s degree in Management, Finance or Accounts from any recognized university. Must have completed professional CC-CA course. Third division in the educational career of the candidates is not acceptable.

• For results published under the grading system, the previous First Division and Second Division shall be determined as follows:

In the case of SSC or equivalent and HSC or equivalent examination results:

• GPA 3.50 or above — First Division

• Minimum GPA 3.00 — Second Division

In the case of CGPA awarded by an approved university:

• Achieved CGPA Equivalent Division

• On a 4.00 scale: 3.00 or above

• On a 5.00 scale: 3.75 or above First Division

• On a 4.00 scale: 2.25 or above but below 3.00

• On a 5.00 scale: 2.81 or above but below 3.75 Second Division

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age At most 35 years
• Only Male

• As of 31/12/2025, the maximum age limit for candidates is 35 years. However, for candidates with experience in microcredit operations, the maximum age limit is 45 years. Maximum 45 years of age on the last date of application

Experience

• The candidate must have at least three (3) years of practical experience in accounts and financial management with an MRA-approved and PKSF-funded microcredit program or any other well-established organization.

• The candidate should have experience in preparing annual budgets and must be proficient in Microfin360 software, Microsoft office applications, internet browsing and possess overall strong computer skills.

Context:

Zonal Fund Manager While performing the assigned duties, the incumbent shall supervise and control the fund management activities of all branches under the concerned zone. The primary objective of this position is to ensure the organization’s overall financial operations remain effective, well-disciplined, and risk-free by addressing fund shortages or surplus positions at the branch level. Timely decision-making through proper coordination with the Head Office and other zones is a key context of this role.

Location: Dhamrai, Dhaka, Noakhali & Chattagram

Workplace: Work at office & Field

Responsibilities

• Regularly review, verify and monitor the fund position of all branches under the zone.

• Identify excess or unnecessary funds at the branch level and manage them appropriately.

• Arrange the transfer of surplus funds to the Head Office, other branches, or to other zones as required.

• Develop and coordinate effective plans to maintain a stable and balanced cash flow across branches.

• Ensure proper coordination among the Head Office, Zonal Office and Branch Offices regarding fund-related matters.

• Ensure fund management in compliance with the organization’s policies and financial guidelines.

• Identify potential risks in fund management and take necessary measures to mitigate those risks.

• Prepare regular reports and submit them to the higher management for review and decision-making.

• During the probationary period a fixed monthly salary of BDT 35,000 (Thirty-Five Thousand) will be provided. In addition, the following allowances and benefits will be applicable (where applicable):

• Food allowance: BDT 1,000

• Iftar allowance: BDT 200 per fasting day during Ramadan

• Distance allowance: BDT 200 per district

• City allowance: BDT 1,800 (for City Corporation areas)

• Interest-free motorcycle loan

• Mobile bill allowance: BDT 1,200

• Eid festival bonus and Pohela Boishakh allowance will be provided. All benefits will be applicable as per organizational policy.

Other Benefits and Facilities:

• After successfully completing a 6 (six) month probationary period, salary and allowances will be provided according to the organization`s approved pay scale at the rate of BDT 23,000-2,300×7-EB-2,530×23-97,290, with a starting gross salary of BDT 50,600, including salary and allowances.

• After confirmation of service, the employee will be entitled to annual increments as per organizational policy, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, and in the event of death while in service, the family will receive death compensation along with a specified amount of financial assistance from the Employee Welfare Fund, and other applicable benefits as per rules. There are opportunities for promotion subject to satisfactory qualitative and quantitative performance.
