Job Context:
Gana Unnayan Kendra (GUK) is seeking a qualified, experienced, and dedicated retired Army or Police officer for the position of Coordinator-Admin/Head of Admin. The selected person will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions of the organisation, ensuring effective operations, discipline, and compliance with organisational policies.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement administrative policies, systems, and procedures;
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations across all departments;
Oversee office facilities management, utilities, and maintenance;
Supervise administrative staff and ensure performance standards;
Ensure transparent and efficient procurement processes;
Monitor vendor contracts, service agreements, and supplier performance;
Oversee inventory control and asset management systems;
Ensure proper documentation of procurement and logistics activities;
Ensure administrative compliance with organisational policies and donor requirements;
Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation;
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance related to office operations, registrations, and contracts;
Maintain updated asset registers and conduct periodic verification;
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of organisational resources;
Oversee vehicle management, travel arrangements, and office equipment;
