Responsibilities & Context:

Primary Responsibilities:

1)     Conduct assessments of beneficiaries (Mother  & Children) and provide evidence-based mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) interventions

2)     Design and Conduct awareness-raising sessions on various mental health issues for the beneficiaries and related staff

3)     Provide counselling to the beneficiaries and taking part in beneficiary conflict resolution

4)     Provide training to the beneficiary mothers in different matters where they need psychosocial support on continuing home exercise and related activities.

5)     Refer the clients to appropriate internal and external facilities and services, including medical services

6)     Work with multidisciplinary team (MDT) to develop a consensus baseline of the problems for each mother

7)     Conduct special counselling to the special care beneficiaries (mentally and physically disabled) and beneficiary children

8)     Educating beneficiary mother and children about their emotion and anger control, managing mental health and dealing with different personal issues

9)     Taking initiative to changing the behavior of beneficiaries and counselling them to maintain a standard behavior

10)  Support to produce relevant reports (e.g., case studies, lesson learned reports, client's progress report) on short notice and generate relevant report of case handled and support provided

11)  Maintain beneficiaries service register book and other relevant documentation

12)  Conducting different need based training for the beneficiaries and keeping record of each awareness program and training

13)  Any other responsibilities required by the job position and instructed by the supervisor

Secondary Responsibilities:

1)     Performing the responsibilities of Safeguarding committee as a member

2)     Supporting the rehabilitation of beneficiaries from admission to release

3)     Counselling staff as per need and instruction by the HR department

4)     Taking part in inquiry as per instruction of the management

5)     Supporting Beneficiary Development Committee if any need arise

6)     Any other duties as per instruction of the supervisor
