• Masters

• Masters in discipline. MPH/MBA will be preferred.

• Age At least 25 years

• At least 3 years of experience in managing the overall operations of social/commercial business units, branches. Experience in the filed of healthcare/ Clinic/Hospital operation will be given preference.

• Team player, excellent interpersonal & communication skill with leadership capability, analytical skills, self-organizing capacity. Open to ideas and positive attitude to contribute.

• Candidate should have valid driving license and can drive motorcycle.

• Proficiency in smart phone usage for work-related tasks.

• Achieve clinic targets and ensure overall operational performance.

• Maintain high-quality client care by following service standards, protocols, and policies.

• Handle client complaints and queries, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the team with complex cases.

• Ensure effective medical emergency management and follow up cases until resolution.

• Implement quality standards, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to maintain compliance.

• Monitor KPIs through monthly performance reviews and drive improvement actions to address underperformance
