Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Science, Public Health, Development Studies, Statistics, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates having 1–2 years of experience in the NGO/development sector will be given preference.
Exposure to or interest in Sexual and Reproductive Health, Family Planning or related development programs will be an advantage.
Additional Requirements
Good command of Bangla and English.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email communication.
Good report-writing and documentation skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Context
The Program Associate/Fellow will provide professional and administrative support to the Program Department in planning, coordination, monitoring, reporting and documentation of organizational programs and activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in program planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
Support preparation of program reports, presentations, concept notes, proposals and official documents.
Provide professional and administrative support to the Director (Program).
Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, trainings and field activities.
Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action points.
Assist in collecting, compiling and organizing program-related information and data.
Support coordination and communication with FPAB branches, projects and relevant stakeholders.
Perform other program-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
