  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Science, Public Health, Development Studies, Statistics, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.

  • Good command of Bangla and English.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email communication.

  • Good report-writing and documentation skills.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Family Planning Association of Bangladesh (FPAB), a leading national voluntary organization working in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Family Planning and related health services, invites applications from competent, energetic, young and career-oriented candidates for the following positions:

Reporting To: Director (Program)/Executive Director

Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka

Job Nature: Initially for a fixed period, renewable/extendable based on performance and organizational requirements.

Job Context

The Program Associate/Fellow will provide professional and administrative support to the Program Department in planning, coordination, monitoring, reporting and documentation of organizational programs and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in program planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and reporting.

  • Support preparation of program reports, presentations, concept notes, proposals and official documents.

  • Provide professional and administrative support to the Director (Program).

  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, trainings and field activities.

  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action points.

  • Assist in collecting, compiling and organizing program-related information and data.

  • Support coordination and communication with FPAB branches, projects and relevant stakeholders.

  • Perform other program-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
