Experience:
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline.
Professional accounting qualification (CA/CC/CMA or equivalent) will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a senior finance and accounts position.
Previous experience in the NGO sector is mandatory.
Additional Requirements
Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, audit, and compliance.
Experience in donor-funded project financial management.
Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Tally) and MS Office applications.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Established in 1953, FPAB has been a pioneer in promoting Family Planning and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in the country. Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts Department under the supervision of the Executive Director.
Develop and strengthen financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure compliance with organizational and donor requirements.
Prepare Annual Program Budget (APB), project budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reports.
Ensure timely submission of donor reports and NGO Affairs Bureau reports.
Prepare financial reports for the National Executive Committee, Governing Body, and Annual General Meeting.
Coordinate annual external audits and strengthen internal control systems.
Monitor budget utilization, conduct variance analysis, and allocate budgets to FPAB branches.
Consolidate financial reports from FPAB’s branch offices.
Support proposal development through budget preparation and budget narratives.
Ensure proper maintenance of financial records, vouchers, and accounting books.
Supervise accounting software operations and financial data management.
Mentor and guide finance team members.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Maintain liaison with donors, auditors, financial institutions, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Manage national and international funds and reporting requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by the authority.
