    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or any relevant discipline.

Family Planning Association of Bangladesh (FPAB), a leading national voluntary organization working in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Family Planning and related health services, invites applications from competent, energetic, young and career-oriented candidates for the following positions:

Reporting To: Head of HR & Administration/Concerned Supervisor

Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka

Job Nature: Initially for a fixed period, renewable based on performance and organizational requirements.

Job Context

The HR Associate will support the Human Resources Department in day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, recruitment, HR data management and other personnel-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day activities of the HR Department.

  • Support recruitment and selection processes, including CV screening, interview arrangements and candidate communication.

  • Maintain employee personal files, HR records, attendance and leave information.

  • Assist in preparing HR-related letters, reports, statements and other documents.

  • Support HR data entry and updating HR databases.

  • Assist in maintaining and organizing personnel records and documents.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

  • Assist in other HR-related activities as assigned by the supervisor.
