∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ The candidate should be experienced in operating single-stage and double-stage machines with sound experience in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and knowledge about PLC. should have a minimum knowledge of VAT & Managing Store, etc. At least 3-4 years' working experience in the same position.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and supervise the overall functions of the Factory.
∎ Ensure the quality of the finished goods and raw materials is within the acceptable quality norms and standards.
∎ Ensure the product is within targeted efficiency parameters.
∎ Assist in developing & implementing SOP for the smooth operation of the factory, and also help to provide necessary data for Raw materials planning.Coordinate and monitor machine maintenance and job planning.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely processing of market orders, maintaining seamless coordination between sales, inventory, and logistics teams to meet customer demand and optimize supply chain efficiency.
∎ Ensure the sustainable, smooth, and efficient operation of the factory by optimizing production processes, minimizing waste, maintaining compliance, and fostering a safe, productive work environment.
∎ Any other job assigned by Management from time to time.
