Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an efficient Architect who has sound knowledge of Architecture and Interior design. (ONLY Institutions Which has IAB accreditation are eligible to apply)
To Work for high rise multi storied modern commercial complex will be given preference.
Develop concept and detailed designs and drawings for both Interior and Exterior work.
Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.
Coordinate with the design team, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and successful project execution.
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and cost estimates to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
Have to inspect and monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to architectural plans.
Candidates with IAB accreditation is preferred.
