Education:

• Diploma in Mechanical

• Age 20 to 30 years

Proficient in English writing and reading.

Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Good knowledge on CAD and CAM will be a plus.

Excellent team work competence.

Sound knowledge on computer.

Ability to work under pressure.

1. Assemble, install, inspect, and maintain mechanical equipment and components according to specifications and technical requirements.

2. Perform mechanical assembly, fitting, alignment, and adjustment of machine parts and equipment.

3. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.

4. Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections, maintenance activities, inventory, and machining work.

5. Coordinate with sourcing, inventory, and procurement teams for required mechanical parts, tools, and materials.

6. Coordinate with external machining and fabrication facilities for machining, modification, and repair of mechanical components.

7. Visit machining and fabrication facilities for inspection, sourcing, purchasing, and follow-up activities when required.

8. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and basic CAD/CAM designs.

9. Identify mechanical issues and assist in troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of equipment.

10. Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and mechanical components.

11. Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

12. Perform other mechanical, maintenance, and technical tasks assigned by the lead.
