• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, Hospital, Developer
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance works within the college premises.

• Ensure all civil works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and institutional requirements.

• Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and other civil works.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and relevant departments.

• Verify site measurements, quantities of completed work, and contractor bills.

• Ensure proper utilization of construction materials, manpower, and equipment.

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain necessary project documentation.

• Assist in estimating quantities, preparing BOQs, and monitoring project costs.

• Supervise civil works related to classrooms, laboratories, offices, hospital/clinical areas, and other institutional facilities.

• Ensure minimum disruption to academic, administrative, and clinical activities during construction or renovation works.
