Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Basic computer proficiency and record-keeping skills. Knowledge of laboratory safety and quality control procedures. Honest, responsible, and punctual.
Responsibilities & Context:
Perform laboratory tests and procedures in accordance with standard operating protocols.
Collect, process, and analyze clinical specimens accurately and efficiently.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and functionality.
Record, verify, and report test results accurately.
Follow laboratory safety guidelines and infection control procedures.
Assist faculty members and students during practical laboratory sessions.
Maintain laboratory records, inventories, and documentation.
Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the laboratory.
Perform any other duties assigned by the college authority related to laboratory services.
