1. Help Operating, monitor, and maintain plastic injection moulding machines used for bathroom fittings and plastic sanitary products.

2. Handle machine setup, mould installation/removal, parameter setting, trial production, and changeover as required.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve machine, mould, hydraulic, electrical, and production-related technical problems to minimize downtime.

4. Monitor and optimize injection temperature, pressure, speed, cooling time, cycle time, and other process parameters to ensure consistent product quality.

5. Identify and rectify common plastic product defects such as short moulding, flash, sink marks, warpage, burn marks, flow marks, and dimensional issues.

6. Conduct routine preventive maintenance, machine inspection, and basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the maintenance team for major technical issues.

7. Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Mould, and Maintenance teams to achieve production targets, improve efficiency, and reduce rejection and wastage.

8. Maintain proper records of machine performance, production parameters, downtime, mould changes, maintenance activities, and technical issues and perform other duties assigned by Management.
